Here’s the video for the talk I gave at Canada’s first dedicated service design conference, In Flux. Held December 1, 2016, In Flux had a sold out audience of 300 people at Rotman Business school in the heart of Toronto. I’m already looking forward to this year.

The ideas here summarize key elements for design-driven transformation, and both challenge design orthodoxy (design does not inherently deal well with complex systems) and show some opportunities for design to take on a greater strategic role.
